Prepaid credits

AfricaRouter is pay-as-you-go: you top up a ZAR credit balance and spend it as you make requests. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

Refunds

Unused balance: you may request a refund of your remaining, unused credit balance to the original payment method.
Consumed usage: credits already spent on completed API requests are non-refundable.
Billing errors: if you were charged in error or a request failed on our side, we will re-credit the affected amount.

Requesting a refund

Email billing@africarouter.ai from your account address. Refunds are processed via the original provider (e.g. Paystack) and may take several business days, subject to the provider’s settlement times.
