This policy explains what data AfricaRouter collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email and profile from Google sign-in.
• Usage metadata: per-request model, token counts, timestamps and cost — used for billing and your dashboard.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (e.g. Paystack); we store a transaction reference and amount, not card details.

Prompt & response content

Your prompts and the model responses are forwarded to the upstream provider you select to fulfil the request. We aim to minimise retention of request bodies; where we log content for debugging or abuse prevention, it is access-controlled and time-limited. Upstream providers process content under their own policies.

How we use data

• To operate the gateway, meter usage and bill you.
• To detect fraud and abuse and keep the Service secure.
• We do not sell your data.

Your rights
